I am like most males, I love mathematics and I hate english. I could be given an assignment that is extremely challenging in its’ equations... but give me a story to understand and explain, and I am lost. For instance, many reading assignments I’ve been given, end up going â€Å"through one ear and out the other.† My father is the exact same way... it must be a genetic trait. He is a brilliant architect, yet his secretary is always frustrated with him because he misspells everything, and he has trouble explaining things verbally...I know he hates this about himself. Since I am the same way, I’d like to avoid making the same mistakes and feeling the same inadequacies. I want to be able to go a party in the near future and be confident about how I make conversations, be funny and interesting. While I am at those parties, I realize how I can be some what antisocial and intimidated by other people. Sometimes I just worry to much about what people think about me...but when I am at those parties I drink to go from a shy, insecure person, to a wild, talkative sometimes funny person. After partying enough, then I become smart and realize that being drunk can make a fool out of myself. All though it seems that I have some weaknesses, I also have some strengths. In english, I am best at grammar and punctuation rather than the writing process. For example, I am given a sentence grammar problem out of the text book, and I am supposed to find the subject, verb, adverb and prepositional phrases... it would be no problem for me to do. If the sentences needed commas, apostrophes, quotation marks and other punctuation marks I could do that as well. All I need to do is learn how to improve my writing skills, and I can become a extremely good writer. After all this I know my strengths and my weaknesses in writing normally essays or stories. This virtual world that is mistaken to be the real world is a parallel world that one is in. the presence of one in the virtual world that is non – existent leads one to fall in a state is consciousness which is very different from the one in the real world. The moral values are lost. This is not only true but has been experienced by many people who have made a mistake of entering a virtual environment. Talking to different people, people that one is not aware of as ever even existing before they started talking in the cyber world, it changes one’s attitude and the stimuli that one guided the person’s perception and state of emotion; this all mutate and make the individual a different person, for all wrong reasons. (Schultz 2005) There are a lot of things that have an impact on our morals and ethics. For example, the more time one spends on it, the more aggressive one gets. This aggressiveness can be because one can no more differentiate between the real world that one lives in and the virtual world that one is in most of the time of the day. This aggressiveness adds to the change in one’s attitude and hence personality. (Ess 2006) The changes in one’s attitude and personality all depends on how much one might be engrossed in cyber ego. How much one would want oneself to be a part of the virtual environment and adopt cyber ego is the question that will also answer how much a person changes and becomes a truly different person that one was not. It is the difference of decisions that one makes that leads one towards developing a cyber ego being unhealthy to an extent that it would drive the life long morals and ethics out of the person and make one a totally different person. Having this said, it is of utter concern of as to how the changes take place. Some claim that the fact that hours and hours of the week are spent in front of the computer screens being in a world that is non existent. Having a personality that is not the personality the person has in the real world, and faking that personality to be the real one; if so is done for hours, every single day of the week for months or even years, yes there will be a drastic change in what one believes and what one perceives. The person who just views the story would likely take it as fantasy and not reach the true depth of the play. Brecht shocks the viewer by making the events and actions in the play "strange and abstract" this contrasts with dramatic plays where the audience sympathises and relates to the characters of the play. The theme throughout the play is natural justice versus class justice. The title has links to other parables and stories before it. The Chalk Circle, a Chinese play involved a legal action where the false claimant was granted custody due a bribe to claim her dead husbands estate. This however was overturned by the emperor, the guarantor of the law, in a retrial as the emperor was the father. This particular story is a whisper to the result of Grusha's trial. The emperor is portrayed as the epitome of justice and gives a true verdict. The trial scene is also adapted from the parable of King Solomon. Solomon the paragon of justice and truth oversees the trial of two mothers, one child is dead the other alive, they seek custody of the alive child. The king asks the child to be cut in half, the real mother relinquishes her claim and thus gains custody of her rightful child. In these two whispers the law is shown to be equated with justice, however Brecht seeks to highlight that within Grusinia this is not the case and it takes a greedy Azdak who despises the upper classes to give a just verdict. The class justice presented in the novel has close links to the Marxist view of the law, with the law serving all, but in reality it protects and secures the interests of the ruling classes. The play seeks to emphasise that within this class justice the poor can only gain justice under exceptional circumstances. Azdak as the judge and arbiter of justice has come to this position only through a matter of chances and mistakes. In fact, It has been proven that the best, most loyal, and most qualified leaders within a company are those internally trained and promoted (Clarke 2012). It seems that some businesses have a strong grip on the best means of developing leaders within their company, while others are somewhat lacking. For this paper, my personal experience as an entry level employee who utilized the leadership program is used along with ideas from other leadership programs. This program is specifically geared for leadership development within a call-center setting. Program Qualifications Metrics The first important requirements for this leadership program is the metrics requirement. In order for a candidate to even be considered for a leadership position, they must be within their business metrics. For my company, this involves obtaining recognition in a program with multiple metric levels and only being permitted access to the leadership program once all levels of achievement are reached.
